We offer also coating and process development as a service. Our goal-oriented mindset, modern laboratory and wide research network forms the basis for successful co-operation to achieve added value coating products. Through our network we can also provide turn-key coating lines.

Thermal spraying is used to manufacture thick coatings for industrial uses, offering most often resistance to wear and corrosion. Millidyne develops and manufactures thermal spraying consumables for demanding applications. These consumables include ceramic powders, sealers, suspensions and precursors. Manufacturing according to customer specifications is one of our services.

The high-tech Avalon^® functional coating products developed by Millidyne are widely used in various applications to control the surface properties of end products. Avalon^® coatings provide different functionalities to almost any surface thus creating added value and lower life cycle costs.  Typically the coatings are used to increase surface cleanliness by creating durable hygienic, non-stick and antifouling surfaces. Other applications include corrosion and wear resistant coatings and optical coatings.
